Recently there has been a flurry of activity which has included thousands of miles of traveling to several new and exotic places. As such, there has not been much time for any sort of crafting, knitting, sewing, brewing and other various kitchen alchemy. This will all change in the next few weeks, and with any luck the old blog here will burst forth with new life and experimentation.

In the meantime, here is a picture of Cinnamon Vanilla Sunflower butter which I concocted last night using some sunflower seeds that had been living in the freezer for far too long. But once roasted, and pureed with coconut oil, vanilla seeds, and cinnamon these neglected seeds and are now vibrant and delicious on toast.
